3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI-powered academic report cards for students

4. WhatsApp Messaging
School Reach AI uses WhatsApp Business API to deliver messages to parents. By using our platform, schools confirm they have obtained appropriate consent from parents to receive WhatsApp communications. Parents can opt out by contacting their school directly.
5. AI Processing
School Reach AI uses artificial intelligence technology to generate personalised academic analysis for each student. Student performance data is processed solely for the purpose of creating these reports. We do not use student data to train AI models, and all AI processing is subject to strict data handling agreements with our technology partners.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with carefully vetted technology partners who are essential to operating our service. These partners are bound by strict data processing agreements and are only permitted to use your data to deliver the specific service they provide to us. Our partners fall into the following categories:
- Cloud infrastructure and database providers — secure storage and management of school and student data
- AI technology providers — generating personalised academic analysis in reports
- Image generation services — converting report templates into visual images for delivery
- Messaging delivery partners — sending WhatsApp messages to parents on behalf of schools

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Data Security
- All data is stored on Google's secure infrastructure
- Each school's data is isolated — teachers can only see their own school's information
- API keys and credentials are stored securely and never exposed
- We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
8. Data Retention
We retain student academic data for the duration of your school's subscription. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days upon written request to admin@schoolreachai.in.
9. Children's Privacy
School Reach AI processes data about school students as directed by the school (the data controller). Schools are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and compliance with applicable laws regarding student data. We act as a data processor on behalf of the school.
10. Your Rights
Schools and teachers may request:
- Access to data we hold about their institution
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of data upon subscription termination
- Export of data in a portable format
