1. Definitions
- "Service" means the School Reach AI platform, including the teacher portal, automation workflows, and WhatsApp report delivery.
- "School" / "Customer" means the educational institution subscribing to our Service.
- "Teacher" means authorised users from the School who access the portal.
- "Parent" means the parent or guardian receiving communications via WhatsApp.
- "We" / "Company" means Corporate HR India, owner of School Reach AI.
2. Eligibility
School Reach AI is available to registered educational institutions in India. By using the Service, you represent that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the school.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly as per the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or School).
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner.
- Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of the Service.
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice via email.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial to qualifying schools. The pilot is subject to approval and may be discontinued at our discretion. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false or misleading student data
- Share login credentials with unauthorised persons
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to parents via our platform
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
6. Data Responsibility
The School is responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent from parents before enrolling them on the platform
- Ensuring accuracy of all student and parent data entered
- Complying with applicable Indian data protection laws
- Informing parents about the use of AI-generated academic analysis
7. WhatsApp Compliance
Use of our WhatsApp messaging feature is subject to WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's terms. The School agrees to use WhatsApp communications only for legitimate academic communication purposes and not for marketing or promotional messages unrelated to the student's academic progress.
8. AI-Generated Content
Academic analysis in reports is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally require review. Schools are responsible for reviewing reports before distribution if there is any concern about content accuracy.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, algorithms, and content created by School Reach AI are the intellectual property of Corporate HR India. Schools retain ownership of their student data. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit written permission.
10. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate HR India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the School in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.
- We may terminate immediately if the School breaches these terms.
- Upon termination, access to the Service will cease at the end of the billing period.
- Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email with 14 days notice.
